| Abstract: | Now, Sino-Russian border trade begin to go up and the bilateral economic and trade co-operation become more and more mature. Its mark is showed as the follows: spot trade is gradually replacing barter and the price difference of commodities is gradually narrowing. However, there still exist unfavourable factors. On the Russia side , the domestic economic situation is generally not good. Production is declining and economic return is lowering while inflation and prices are rising. On the China side, the adjustment of policy on border trade affects the total volume of border trade and its window function and add more burden of management of foreign trade enterprises. Mudanjiang city should strive to make approved its application for being an open border city, remove obstacles from the local trade zone, strive for partial management power of border trade. |
