| Abstract: | Because the industrial advanced countries' economic growth tends to slow down, the international private capital groups are becoming more and more active in participating in the economic co-operation with China for the purpose of sharing a portion of huge profits brought by high-speed economic growth in Northeast. However, the Three Eastern Provinces' scale of economic and trade can not be matched with Japan's and Korea's. The strength of enterprises as a whole in economic and technological co-operation lags behind obviously and their market competitiveness is weak. Therefore, in the regional economic co-operation, developing actively the import and export of commodities should be taken as the leading mode for it conforms to the law of development of regional economic co-operation at the present stage. |
