Abstract:Conventional approaches to organisational culture and change have been inadequate, partly because they have been based on outmoded models of organisational dynamics. A complexity approach can offer a new perspective which leads to a radically different kind of practice for change agents. Where do we need to be going strategically as an organisation? Where are we now as a culture? What are the gaps between where we are as a culture and where we should be? What is our plan for action to close those gaps?
