| Abstract: | Cooperation is an area little researched, and with weak links with mainstream economics. In addtion, the theory and practice remains surprisingly unfamiliar. The intention of the article is to correct the situation by reviewing the ideas behind cooperative entrepreneurship and company form and by reviewing the present role of cooperation in the organization of economic activities. |
