Abstract: | Scandinavian countries are rather closed to foreigners. Denmark is still the most open among them, being the member of the EEC. Copenhagen is not yet an important financial center, and Denmark is one of the world's most heavily indebted country. According to Danish experts, to attract foreign capital financial services should be as attractive as possible. In recent years Danish banks have applied a good deal of computerization for their payments and settlements procedures. From 1988 the real decentralization can take off. |
