| Abstract: | Self-organising map (SOM) is introduced in this article. The SOM is presented as a type of cluster analysis, where the clusters are ordered to provide an understanding of the relationships between different clusters. The authors also demonstrate how SOMs can be used to extract insights from large datasets. |
