| Abstract: | A review of fixed budget cost savings, budget incentives for employees and management, one-time and multiple-year savings and employee cost reduction savings. The author advocates that value-enforced incentives that have an impact on budget savings not only have to be tolerated, but are highly desirable and need not be arbitrarily cuts across the board. Savings made in one department can be given to another critically short of money. |
