Abstract:A lot of middle managers are demoralized today and are not at all conducive to improving productivity or quality and many of them are not innovative at all. Most of this is caused by the fact that middle managers cannot be sure of their jobs anymore and they think that restructuring will never stop. The present article gives guidelines of how to improve morale in the middle and how to increase job satisfaction.
