Abstract:There are many great ideas that remain small-scale efforts within a large corporation. Frequently executives prefer that their main ideas remain small for a variety of reasons. This article explores what is needed to let ideas reach a large scale. There are four primary stages that have to occur to make an idea grand. There has to be a solid business case.
