| Abstract: | The paper discusses, by mathematical analysis and positive analysis, inflation effect interwoven with financial deficits and enterprise losses in China. Enterprise losses and financial deficits are important factors resulting in inflation, and the degree of their effect on inflation is mainly subject to their proportion in the supply of newly increased currency. |
