| Abstract: | This article considers interplay between a subcontractor and a manufacturing firm. Relationship between a manufacturing firm and a subcontractor is characterized by moral hazard and by the fact that they don´t have knowledge about the base cost level. The author´s of this article contemplate a two-period model in which the players can update their estimate of the base cost level according to information. |
