| Abstract: | This paper concentrates on Czech elections in 2006 and the record high number of lawsuits it produced. A new administrative court is found to be the key explanation for the interest in disputing, especially as a means of campaigning among minor political parties. The paper considers the following subjects, media coverage and disproportional relation between seats and votes, which generated the highest number of complaints. |
