| Abstract: | This study presents a meta-analysis based on 33 studies allowing an integration of the results on the association btw. insider ownership (hencefroth as: o-ship), o-ship concentration and firm performance. It is found that governance system, measurement of performance, and control for endogeneity moderate the effect of o-ship on firm performance. |
