Abstract:Intelligent agents are software programs that can become the management accountant's personal assistants. Intelligent agents play an active role in managing time. They can help sift through veritable mountains of data, thereby providing access to otherwise inaccessible information. And, most remarkably, intelligent agents are able to 'learn' the characteristics of their users.
