Abstract: | To be successful in today's changing environment, companies must simultaneously consider many different factors in their planning and control activities. The success of many companies may depend on quality, profitability, and environmental responsibility. To develop strategies for competing in the future, managers and accountants need to understand how these factors interact. This article considers the relationship of quality, profitability, and environmental responsibility to determine if they are diverse goals or common objectives. |
