| Abstract: | Under the background that the national employment situation is increasingly grim and the state's policy on employment began to be implemented, Wuhan city has undertaken a re-employment project. It has taken 10 measures and scored stage successes in several aspects. In view of various realistic problems importance should be attached to the following measures: 1. Shifting the re-employment project from a government's one to a social one, 2. giving a clear and standard definition with regard to employment in terms of policy, 3. making an overall plan and co-ordination between many sides, 4. being associated with the local economic development 5. perfecting social security system. |
