| Abstract: | Currently, reasons for a large number of laid-off workers and unemployed people are related to cognition and concept, economic structure, policies, the quality of workers, economic cycles and development, etc. Among them, cognition and concept are principal factors. In order to thoroughly solve the problem of laid-off workers and unemployment in Chinese cities and towns, the key point is to strengthen vocational training, improve workers' cultural level and professional quality. It is simply an expedient measure to take up degrading jobs by concept transformation. |
