| Abstract: | The causes of China's unemployment under market economy are annualized as follows: (1) the essential cause is the relatively surplus rural population; (2) unemployment I inevitable in the transition from planned economy to market economy; (3) the model of high-employment generates unemployment; (4) the period of large-scale industrial structure adjustment is the peak-hour of unemployment; (5) the growth of high-investment brings about unemployment. According to the current situation that China is in peak period of laid-off, re-employment, unemployment and "getting away from one's post", the author proposes the countermeasures:(1) establish social ensuring system; (2) further improve market economy; (3)develop labor-intensive industries; (4)support medium-and-small-sized enterprises to develop; (5)develop economy of nonpublic ownership etc.. |
