| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to examine age, past job control, social support and financial hardship as predictors of continuous learning among unemployed job seekers. Findings show that the relationship between age and continuous learning differed according to personal and situational factors. For instance age was not related to motivation to learn and education initiative. |
