| Abstract: | This article explores practical ways for effectively training international business students in Hofstede's individualism and collectivism dimension. It details the behaviors arising from this dimension that frequently interfere with the success of group projects in international business classes as well as the implications arising from these behaviors for international business relations between those from individualist and collectivist cultures. Too often, projects aimed at fostering collectivism fail. |
