| Abstract: | The administrative disputes in foreign-funded enterprises, which this paper studies refer to the disputes between the government organization as one of the parties and the foreign-funded enterprises established in China and foreign investors investing in China as the other of the parties. The author makes an analysis as to the causes of administrative disputes, their types, the way to settle them and how to avoid such disputes and the internationalization of administrative disputes. |
