| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status quo of development of China' tourism and the basic state of its opening to the outside world. Then this paper points out the development orientation of its absorbing foreign investment: 1. shifting the focus of investment from tourist hotel development to resource development; 2. raising the level of scale operation of tourism; 3.tapping the potential of overseas travellers; 4. promoting the coordinated development of project structure of tourism and regional layout. Besides, it also analyzes the prospects for expanding its opening to the outside world. It considers that its opening needs to be widened further, and raises some concrete suggestions as well. |
