| Abstract: | At present, the economic exchange between the two sides across the Straits is mainly confined to production and trade fields. The financial exchange, especially in securities market field is still far behind. So the exchange between the two sides across the straits should expand to financial field from production and business operation fields. Special consideration should be given to mutual securities market access and cooperation. The following fours ways may be taken: 1.The companies across the Straits can list on the market of the other side. 2.The securities dealers across the Straits can enter the market of the other side for doing business. 3. The foreign capital shares can be issues by the two sides across the Straits. 4.The common investment fund should be developed. |
