| Abstract: | The using of foreign government's loans has made considerable contributions to the economic construction of five provinces and three cities in China. As a result, the infrastructure development has been strengthened, investment environment improved and short funds made up. In addition, the advanced equipment and technology have been introduced by using foreign government's loans, thus raising the level of equipment of domestic industries, promoting industrial upgrading and structural adjustment, and strengthening competitiveness and China's ability of creating foreign exchange through export. But there also exist some problems. The author also makes an analysis of the future trends and raises some suggestions on management mode suiting market economy. |
