| Abstract: | At present China's new and high-tech-based enterprises mainly adopt the following modes of international financing: financing by international credit, international stock rights, international bonds, investment funds and international risk capital. Overall, the international financing of China's new and high-tech-based enterprises is still in the starting stage, only a small number of enterprises have participated in it with small scale of funds. So the modes of international financing need to be increased further. In view of the above, this paper raises some suggestions on the international financing. |
