| Abstract: | This paper discusses the foreign trade as an important part of foreign economy and trade and how to make the utilized foreign investment play a better role in the course of the upgrading of industrial structure in China. It also raises the following major problems which should arouse attention in utilizing foreign investment in foreign economic and trade sector: 1.sticking to the principle of laying equal stress on quantity and quality; 2. strengthening the supervision and control of investment quality conscientiously; 3.improving laws and strengthening supervision. |
