| Abstract: | What is to be done is to better people's understanding, face up to risks, rein in risks, various factors are to be brought into play to push forward internationalized management at different levels. Foreign experience should be learned from to standardize the internationalized management of China's commercial banks. The training mechanism should be perfected to turn out compound-type talents good at management and spacious in sight. The key is to train and find talents within the bank itself. |
