| Abstract: | As housing reform is to be deepened, it becomes necessary to set up a housing bank which can raise housing construction funds, speed up housing construction and improve people's living conditions. A housing bank is necessary for deepening the reform of financial system and develop housing finance. So is it for enhancing housing funds management and deepening the reform of our housing system. |
