| Abstract: | The fund burden of specialized banks accumulated for historical reasons should be relieved after verification so as to reduce the internal motivation of financial institutions at the root level to raise the interest rate of deposits at random. Management of fund-raising of enterprises and rural cooperative funds is to reinforced. A scientific target is to be set to check the root-level financial institutions, leaders of which will written into their records of political achievement in terms of implementation of financial disciplines and policies. Management of the assets-to-debts ratio is to be tightened. |
