| Abstract: | We should set up new order of financial readjustment that controlled without inflection, flexible with order. The central bank should carry out the currency policy that can stabilize the inflation steadily. This is the objected demand to the socialist market economy. To control the basic currency is the key to prevent distending credit. The central bank readjusting the amount of basic currency is mainly to control the re-lending of central bank, and set up the readjustment system of interest rate that cored with the market price. |
