| Abstract: | For Hongkong-based Chino-funded enterprises, to obtain the stock holding right is the most important means and strategy of controlling listed corporations, gaining a foothold in Hongkong and achieve self-existence and development. Attention should be paid to the utilization of superiorities and improvement of profits. To invest in Hongkong, Chino- funded enterprises should not only judge the value of programs, but seize the opportunity. Sometimes, the opportunity can determine the success of a program. |
