| Abstract: | Existing problems are the intake of funds beyond the scope of real estate business, a high proportion of loans of circulating funds of investment and fixed assets, high rates of interest of deposits and loans, a wide difference in interests, evasion, underpayment and no payment of the loan reserves, weak internal management. So it's imperative to conduct rectification, perfect regulations, improve supervision and standardize loans of real estate. |
