| Abstract: | To solve problems with securities, it is necessary to work out a scientific administrative system and model of securities, establish and improve a comparatively complete legal system of securities, and standardize the operation of listed companies under the law. This, in essence, is to transform the business mechanism of enterprises as required by the modern enterprise system , to perfect the self- disciplining mechanism with exchanges of securities and China Association of Securities as the center, and to improve the internal management of operational institutions of securities and specialized intermediary institutions. |
