| Abstract: | Foreign investment in the form of RMB are of two kinds that will, to some extent, produce positive and negative effects on China's economic growth respectively. While foreign legal re-investment in the form of RMB is encouraged, foreign re-investment in China by means of illegal profits in RMB is strictly forbidden. The management of foreign exchange of items of the capital in foreign-invested enterprises is to be improved, and inflow of foreign capital guided in a rational way. |
