| Abstract: | It's possible and imperative to set up funds for redemption of foreign debts as an important form of management of foreign debts. The establishment of such a system can not only combine the three links of borrowing, using and redemption of foreign debts with the borrowing enterprise, guarantor enterprise and creditor of conversion loans, but also help different departments improve the internal mechanism, avoid blindness in borrowing foreign money in order to make rational use of foreign debts and help economy forward. |
