| Abstract: | The state can perform its role of indirect readjustment of urban cooperative banks by means of monetary policies of the central bank. It's imperative to standardize the practices of management and business scope of urban cooperative banks, restrict the blind expansion of the total volume and structure of credit, establish a mechanism of risks prevention and compensation. The state can enhance its control and management of urban cooperative banks by direct participation in stocks. |
