| Abstract: | The essential way to invigorate state enterprises lies in deepened reform and a quick establishment of a modern enterprise system in line with the socialist market economic system. The first problem to be solved is the burden of state enterprises. The transformation of governmental functions is to be sped up and supplementary reform of the social security system established. Meanwhile, the shift of the operation mechanism of enterprises must be accelerated in many different ways. |
