| Abstract: | To redevelop investment fund, efforts should be focused on the system arrangement and system innovation for shifting the mode of economic growth. The main points of choosing the model of redevelopment and measures to be taken are: (1) concentrating on developing property right fund and land property right fund playing a supporting role in property right-defining and enterprise-reorganizing and the reform of land capital, (2) expanding scale and improving quality structure for investment fund's making break through, (3) perfecting regulations and strengthening standardized management in the micro management of investment fund, (4) pushing forward the development of investment fund in an all-direction and multi-level way. |
