| Abstract: | The principles concerning the adjustment of the credit structure by the bank are to optimize the structure make the fund flowing and the risks less and the efficiency high. The adjustment is the market-oriented one with the use of economic lever and the aim to be on guard against the finance risks. It is led by the state's policies and done by the combination of forces from various organizations. |
