| Abstract: | It is a a foundamental factor which ensure the effectiveness of the central banks' supervision to strengthen the mechanism of the financial institutions' self-disciplining. The improvement of financial supervision system by the central banks is a dominant force guaranteeing that effectiveness. The full employment of the forces of social supervision can supplement that effectiveness too. To ensure this effectiveness, the local interests and various relations must be dealt with well in the financial supervision. |
