| Abstract: | The foundation construction for the monetary market must be speeded up to promote the co-ordinate development of their sub-markets. A unified market of bond should be established and the transaction entities and variety increased. The paper proposes bill market be expanded and fund for extending the domestic demand provided. It is necessary to standardize the borrowing market in the same trade and link the monetary market and that of capital. |
