| Abstract: | To check deflation, the following five effects must be got into full play. They are: 1. the flexible effect from a properly easy money policy; 2. the complementary effect from linking financial policy and monetary policy; 3.the interest-driving effect from a proper monetary and credit policies in the micro-financial activities; 4. the directive effect from the credit policy in adjusting the economic structure; 5.the starting-up effect from the financial instruments in influencing the consumer market. |
