| Abstract: | The financial supervision and management is the central bank's major duty. How to strengthen it and enhance its efficiency, how to prevent and reduce financial risks, all are the important tasks the central bank needs to fulfill.To deal with properly the relation of "getting at the root" and "taking stop gap measures" is the important guarantee for enhancing its efficiency. To deal with the relation of "making a mountain out of a molehill" and "doing little about a major issue" is the important attics for enhancing its efficiency, with that of "proceeding in order" and "operating flexibly" the important means, and with that of "difficult, first, easiness then" and "easiness first, difficult then" the important presupposition. |
