| Abstract: | Since 1992, potential credit risks have been existed in China's banks, however, banks almost don't have any responsibilities for credit risks. After 1992, credit risks of banks in China are direct, and from then on, banks began to shoulder the credit risks. At present, in the process of transition, dual credit risks are existing in commercial banks of China. The urgent issue that should be dealt with is to strengthen the credit risks management of China's banks. |
