| Abstract: | Issues in the development of popularly-run enterprises are scale of enterprises small, low quality of staff, nonstandard management, behindhand technology level, and lack of awareness of legal management. Countermeasures for those issues include concept transformation, establishing long-run developmental strategy, defining sound managing concepts, and building up good figure of the enterprise. Moreover, improve the makings of staff; formulate modern enterprises system; enhance investment to technological exploration; and widen financing channels. |
