| Abstract: | To set up new-type relationship between banks and enterprises must lay emphasis on the establishment of modern enterprise system as well as financial system. Moreover, it must be carried out based on resolving the obvious issues concerning the reform and development of SOEs. Furthermore, it also should be implemented focusing on safeguarding along with mitigating financial risks, and establishing favorable financial environment. |
