| Abstract: | This paper examines the importance of different development strategies - in-ward- or outward-looking industrialization processes - in foreign trade in Korea and Turkey. The authors attempt to demonstrate the importance of the different development stategies pursued by both countries in the same period and to explain their effects on foreign trade and international competitiveness. |
