| Abstract: | This study examines the attitudes of farmers towards a variety of issues related to perceived benefits and challenges of tourism as an option for diversification. Findings show that desire amongst farmers to maintain a distinction between the farm/ farming business suggesting that the development of farm tourism enterprises is an employment, as opposed to diversification, issue. |
