Abstract:The author states that the treat of the professional guests at fair stands is to cause real problems. Some of the firms treat guests with coffee, tea and snacks , this gives you the impression of simple hospitality. But other firms treat guests with exclusive champagne, cognac, shrimps and caviar. The treat should be part of fair-planning, part of corporate image and identity.
