| Abstract: | A survey of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs demonstrated that small firms have prejudices against flexible worktime. They hold that it is not manageable if the production process is complicated, that it makes necessary expensive investments, that bottlenecks are easier to bridge by overtime, that it needs much co-ordination and hard-to-get specialists. The article gives practical advice how and when to introduce flexible working regimes nevertheless. |
